Hi! I'm Shannon. Wife to Chuck. Mama to Lola Rose. Freelance Graphic Designer.

Chuck and I met sometime in middle school. We weren't really friends even through high school. Our love story is kind of random and a little funny. A year after high school, Chuck was interested in dating my best friend. And I was interested in dating his best friend. In the long run, neither of those situations worked out. And one night in January of 2006, at a party (cause that's what 19 year olds do in Northeast Ohio) we decided to hang out. It was the best idea either of us ever had. Our adventure started........

After three years of dating and living at home, while I finished my Graphic Design & Marketing degree, we decided to move in together. We lived in a brand new apartment complex just outside of our home town for two years while we both worked and had fun on the weekends. We got engaged inside a crater in Utah in 2011. We purchased a house in our hometown six days before our wedding in August 2013. We wanted to start a family right away. We had been together for eight amazing years already, and couldn't wait to get started on raising a family. January of 2015 we found out our real adventure was just beginning...
